Erhard hadn't made it into town without encountering at least fifteen of the undead, he had no trouble dealing with them. They were slow, witless, and didn't use modern weapons. Erhard's guns were far from the latest in technology, but he'd customized them himself, and he trusted them with his life... or whatever he was now.
Once he'd made his way in, the numbers of the undead had increased significantly; forcing him to switch from his Luger to his MP. He kept the rifle at semiautomatic, dropping his foes well before they came within reach to attack. Coming upon a group of fifteen, which was comparitavely small, he shouldered the rifle, and began carefully downing the undead one by one. CRACK, one down, CRACK CRACK, two, and so on untill he could walk right through the pile of the corpses
These creatures were but a mere obsticle, easily overcome but costing him precious time. He had to find a way into the underground of the city, where he knew worse things awaited him.

Seven moved forward amongst the undead, a clawed foot or hand striking out at any that got too close. Keeping close to Maya, they pushed forward, Seven trying to keep to the more open roads, not wanting to get cornered on the way. The undead where all over the place, and though not too dense, in places there seemed to be a good number lurching about.
As they turned the corner to the Lucky pub, Seven spotted the odd bunch that were hanging around outside it. An ageing man in what looked to be a martial arts outfit, another man dressed in allot of black, looking to at something in an alley way that Seven couldn't quite see, and some other relatively normal looking people. The martial artist and lover of black where holding off the undead with relative easy, as one kept some away from the frightened people, the other still chatting away to something in the alleyway.
Seven turned and gave Maya a look, as if to say "what the.. who are these people?"
Jerra slashed left, Jerra slashed right, Jerra slashed all about. Her broad mix of styles showed, as she shifted from a heavily German styled stance to a distinctly Chinese style lunge, the blade piercing the bowels of a zombie, the flames consuming the creature. The werewolf had wondered over, demanding to know who she and Albert are. Albert commented in his usual offhand way, Making Jerra smile to herself. He may be very young, but she was always amused by his wit. Turning and wrenching the blade free from the charcoaled form of the zombie. The zombies had been thinned by a fair amount, only the odd stray one, easily dealt with when the came near with a swat of the fire blade. "I," as she took a bow, her hand lent on the pommel of her blade as she rested it upright on the floor, "am Jerra, and we are here because... well.... we're bored." Jerra grinned broadly as she stood up again.

Ermetico looked to Aria "stay here" he jumped from the roof landing on he floor. the shock was a bit more then he expected he sighed and stood up "where is the owner of the pub?" he asked mostly to anyone who was willing to answer
Aria stayed where she was she looked about the air carried the smell of the corupses it bothered her alot she had been in places with undead creatures before. she looked around a bit then spoted a woman and someone else she couldn't tell who or what "Mr. Ermetico!" she pointed over to them "there's people over there"
Ermetico sighed at the way she had just addressed him he looked back up at her then the way she was pointing he saw maya and the other person (rather strange soul traped in an even stranger body)

Jean stayed close to Jester "i'll do my best to help" she listen to his heart beat "i can try to remove more of you problem again, that could help you feel better" she didn't want to look him in the eyes knowing that it would effect his judgement and proabaly make him say no (i don't want him to loose himself again) she sighed "think about it Jester you would be much more effective if you didn't have to worry about that" she was readding herself to use her cure power. the ammount of pain she suffered from removing some of the curse was intense. but she would gladly do it to lessen his pain

The sight of Father MacGuinness --the unmistakable silhouette of his coffin just visible in the alley beside the pub-- and Sizemo Sensai safe and well, filled Maya with a little more hope. She sprinted towards them, continuing to slam the butt of the shotgun into the skull of any undead who still occupied the street. She quickly nodded her head, noticing Seven's sideways glance, "I know 'em" was all she could manage to say as she drove the shotgun's weighty wooden stock into the head of a zombie with a sickening crunch, sending hunks of bone and brain matter flying through the air.
The street being mostly clear, Maya slightly altered course, (still a hundred yards or so away from Sizemo and the group he protected) heading for the narrow alleyway beside the Lucky Pub. Suddenly, Ermetico dropped from the roof and asked after her whereabouts in his usual stoic tone. "Front door's bolted from the inside." She yelled to all on the street, "Follow me!"
She rounded the corner, slowing the pace a little as she dodged around Nathaniel's sizeable frame, "Lovely day for it!" She quipped as she passed him, grinning as she noticed Sparx tinkering with some equipment on the fire escape, "Ah ha!! There you are!" She called up as she reached into her pocket and retrieved her key, now slowing to a jog, then an eventual stop as she approached the door and slid the key into the lock. Pushing the door open, she stepped inside and held the door for everyone to enter, leaning against the solid wood as she gasped for breath.

Jet rounded on Zorin, "You mean, you sat there in your room? and didn't notice as an entire cafe emptied of customers and staff? Are you just oblivious to what is going on around you? How the hell do you not notice such a thing?!?!" Jets voice rose as he spoke the words angrily to Zorin his face turning up in a semi snarl. Thoughts were running through Jets brain as he stood there angrily, just looking at Zorin. All of a sudden his anger quelled, "The mall, the mall. THEY ARE AT THE MALL!!" Jet shouted, he suddenly realised how much noise he was making as he shouted the answer to his own question. He looked around himself thinking of what to do next. The next time he looked up, he knew what he had to do. The mall was his next destination, whether the streets were dangerous or not, he had to find his parents! They were the world to him.
Jet ran past Zorin, "I'm going the mall, come if you want. Or you could continue to sit in your bedroom and forget what is going on in the streets." Jet's elbow smacked into the semi opened rear door of the cafe, it made a loud bang as it collided with the far wall.

Rebecca seemed to be healing more people than were leaving the sick bay, the numbers of injured officers was becoming a nightmare. Adding that to the citizens coming in from all crossover itself, her work was definately cut out for her today. She heard a commotion coming from the enterance so she decided to investigate, hoping to be back to the injured as soon as she spotted what was happening.
As she reached the windows on the top floor so she could see the street, she wished she had never moved from the pharmacy, outside someone had dragged a horde of the creatures right up to the mall's door step. What sort of evil would do such a thing? She remembered hearing a story from her Grandfather once about how the Soviets use to send men, women and children off to far reaches of Russia to work in camps. This seemed so much worse, even in her readings of World War Two, she hadn't heard of someone delibrately dragging citizens into a war zone. Whoever the monster was, she hoped he could be stopped but for now, her main concern was helping the officers, they looking likely to have a hell of fight on their hands, they could last it, but so many would be injured leaving the frontline too weak to face such a huge number once more. She didn't know what to do, the librarian had seemingly disappeared completely out of sight, the pharmacy was still full of injuries and what looked to be a cheap alternative to the Russian war machine clambering slowly towards the frontline. Then she heard the screeches of a vehicle coming towards the mall. She looked out carefully and for once, she began to pray, hoping that the great Allah would save them all..."suit yourself lad, your choice after all" He replied to the man on the fire escape, he seemed safe enough up there so he was better off than most. As he was climbing he caught sound of voice he had gotten use to hearing. "Why, if it isn't Miss Maya, how are you today lass?" Nathaniel shouted to her, jumping the last few steps, not really bothered about the landing. He then spotted the metal chap with her, not totally sure what to make of him. "So, I see you've brought a friend lassy, hopefully he's more use than the one from the last month." Just as he finished his words he spotted the other two from the fight with Wesker landing just outside the pub. "Well, speak of the devil, real collection we've got going on here isn't it?" He chuckled. "I best go help than young chap with the stick, I'll catch you all in a second." He dashed off in the direction of Jackie Chan's american cousin, once more charging shoulder first into the pack of zombies, the numbers were certainly alot fewer than he remembered but he didn't mind. As he thought he began to sing the only tune that seemed to strike home for him at this time, Inniskillen Dragoon after all, it's always good to have a good song going whilst you're in trouble he's grandmother would say...

Sizemo carefully watched as the events occurred around him. Someone landed from up high, which was weird, but what was even weirder was the giant toaster running with some woman. At first he didn't recognize her, but eventually he noticed that she was none other than the owner of the pub who he'd seen on a few previous occasions since he visited this pub every once in a while. He turned to the civilians and nodded to reassure them.
Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted the priest coming towards them plowing through a creature, singing none-to-boot. He shouted out to him. "So, what's the plan?! She got a key or do I need to bust this thing down?!" He was getting a little out of breath, but things were slowing down which made it easier on him. "I don't mind the exercise, but these kids back her might want someplace more comfortable to scream at."
Alpha watched as his father's group headed towards the mall at break-neck speeds. It was only a few minutes before they were within firing range and they let loose on the back lines. They emptied clip after clip into the mob, but made little progress since it took a lot of firepower to take out even one. Finally, they reached the mob.
The vehicle slammed into them hard. One of the men flew off the top from the impact and disappeared into the mass of undead. Immediately, the attention was no longer on the mall and they horde started converging on the vehicle, which was now disabled from the suit of armor lodged into the engine. Men climbed out the top and let loose a slew of fire down on the heads of the undead. As one man peaked out, a rocket fired out and destroyed a large number of them. Doug climbed out last, but when he did he saw a horror film situation. There was a sea of undead surrounding the vehicle with only 9 men left standing on top. Luckily, these men were heavily armed and retaliation fire was plenty and large. He lobed his grenades down into the crowd and watched as undead flew. Alpha watched in horror from afar as the caravan slowly moved closer.

Yumi was at her desk for a change in the Rose Mansion office block on the outskirts of Seattle, listening the talks about the presidential election on the radio whilst signing away at documents she had no interest in. She could never understand people who hid away in their offices day and night, she only ever found such tedious tasks demeaning to her nature.
She then heard the receptionist trying to tap through on the tanoy system. "A Mr Jeeves for you here Miss Rosenhaften" "Very good, send him in." She replied simply, wandering what Lord Punnington-Hasalwit's butler was doing all the way out here of all places.
As he stepped through the door she welcomed him, "Good day Mr Jeeves, and what do I owe the pleasure of you're company this fine day?" She asked politely, hoping it was nothing of any particular importance. "Lord Punnington-Hasalwit would like you to visit him once more at his home in Crossover, he seems to think that you may be interested with everything that is going on in the little town." "Oh, he does, does he? I guess I best go visit his highness Lord Punnington-Hasalwit now then? Whatever could be in a little backwater town like Crossover that could interest me hey?" She sarcastically replied, not best pleased with the idea of being summoned by Albert, she had no choice in the matter though. "After you Mr Jeeves" she hastily said, opening the door for him. "Thank you so kindly Miss Rosenhaften. His Lordship hopes you will enjoy the hunt when you arrive, I shall see you downstairs shall I" Jeeves responded as he walked out the door, hoping to catch the young lad's attention
As she closed the door a huge smile grew on Yumi's face. She hadn't had the chance to hunt in awhile so it was fun to be back in the game, she would have to gather a couple of others as well but she was only going to check the place out first. She quickly gathered her jacket from behind the door and picked up Peace and Tranquility from the gun cabinet, making sure to pack extra ammuition. She never trusted local gunshops to carry the round type of rounds for them and she loved her two precious P210's far too much to leave them in the hands of some ruffians. As she left she informed her secretary of the change in plans, saying that she was once more having a meeting with Lord Punnington-Hasalwit in terms of finances through the Loxley Foundation, after all, the ordinary staff didn't need to know how the company ran, even some of the board didn't know all the details.
She made her way downstairs and shouted for a cab to take her to the airport, phoning for the jet whilst on route. It was going to be a fun stay in Crossover soon, much more than the first visit...

Zach and Mike continued to speed their way through the smaller roads, avoiding major streets. More people would mean more trouble. When people panicked, they ended up deadly. Before long, they'd make their way to Maya's pub. Zach hoped they'd start formulating a plan before they got there, every minute wasted was a minute they'd probably need. ____________________________________________________
Odran sat at his stool, noticing the owner of the pub had just come in along with a few people he didn't recognize. People in the bar were screaming, crying, and gibbering meaninglessly. He figured he'd wait for the owner to show up, she'd been nice enough to serve him his drinks in a friendly enough environment; so the least he could do was to help out.
He tried to get her attention, calling to her; but the bar was so noisy he couldn't be heard. His temper rising, he shouted, "ALRIGHT, SHUT THE f**k UP, THE LOT OF YOU!!" Surprisingly, it worked. Everyone within the pub suddenly became dead quiet, even the lady who had been crying hopelessly didn't make a sound. He walked over to the woman, "I'm here ta help. Put me to work. I've got some food, some water, and a bit of ammunition; and I'm a decent shot... If it comes right down to it, I can throw a good punch too."
Odran showed her his gun, pointing the three inch barrel at the ceiling, his finger carefully off of the trigger.

The book from the library had offered only one real peice of advice 'kill the brain' "Hmmph. Useless!" Victorie excliamed as she closed the book and placed on the back seat. "Very little works if it is without a brain."
The car came to an abrupt halt, as they screeched arond the last corner. Cars had been abandoned all along the road. Suddenly there was a knock on the window, "let pup go, i you sorry". Victorie opened the door and stepped out. She didn't have time to really assess the man before her, there was a pack a wolves behind him. "I sent out the call and this is all i get." Victoire shook her head. "We have to help those people," she pointed in the direction of the mall.
Victorie stood atop the tallest vechicle nearby. Men with guns were wading through the zombies, slowly. "Why can these humans not aim? Shoot at the head!" As she looked at the mess before her she noticed a small figure in the windows of the upper floor of the mall, "Rebecca!" She was so releived that Rebecca was safe, she looked exhausted though. As her gaze swept the scene once more the soilders were begining to work out that how to down the zombie effectively. Victorie turned to look at Asher, "Stay in the car, lock the door." She drew her sword and looked at the wolves and the man with them, "Well are you coming?" She jumped off the roof of the vehicle and ran towards the mass of bodies. She aimed to decapitate each opponent but there were too many to make every swing count. Still she easily made a path for herself through the zombies. Closer to the mall but still not near the front line.

Ermetico looked up at Aria "go inside" he walked around back to where Maya had run off to he saw she had opened the pub, he walked in and sat in the corner (*raith, she has to go through the fire escape to get down here, your not going to escort her! *Ermetico, she proved to me already that she is capable of helping herself sometimes *Raith, quit being a jerk and go check on her! *Ermetico sighed, your not the one in control here Raith, and if you want to be seperated from me then you should watch the tone you take with me *Raith fell slient again) Ermetico looked around at the nervous humans he wanted to know what was going on with the man that yelled as well as the metallic bodied soul he saw earlier
Aria nervously looked off the side she spoted the fire escape she looked at it "this doesn't look safe" she looked over the edge "but i don't want to fall...." she sighed and took a deep breath she placed her feet on the edge "he was able to leap off i think i can do it" Aria edged a bit closer focusing some energy into her feet then jumped, she felt like she was falling for a minute when she hit the floor a shock wave was sent through ground which helped break her fall. Aria stayed crouched for a few moments shaking she opened her eyes "i'm ok...." she smiled and ran inside to Ermetico she sat next to him "that was scary..."
Ermetico nodded "this situation would bring out fear in most people" (*Ermetico, she's ok *Raith, she could have been hurt! *Ermetico huffed, but she wasn't so shut up *Raith fell silent again)

Zorin stared after Jet for a few moments still, reeling from the sudden outburst. So he hadn't noticed everyone leave, it wasn't as if it was any of his business what anyone else did. Wondering what had lead Jet to so suddenly conclude that his parents had gone to the mall, Zorin followed him out of the back door, and began running down the street after him. Zorin supposed he'd better stay with Jet, it wasn't as if he stood a chance out there on his own. If Zorin was with him he might at least get to the mall in one peice. He easily overhauled Jet and was soon running alongside him. Zorin hoped that the way would be clear between here and the mall, he'drather not get in another scrap if he could help it. The air in the street was thickwith the smells of smoke and other strange odours left behind by the recent chaos. Unbidden the image of the foul creature he'd encountered earlier and the resulting inferno, surfaced in his mind, shaking his head he determinedly kept running, trying to remain alert for any potential "problems", hoping it wouldn't take to long to reach the mall on foot like this.

Jet kept jogging. his knees were killing him the blood had now congealed over the wound meaning that everytime he moved the wounds reopened and more blood seeped down his leg. Zorin finally caught up to him, he kind of felt sorry for the outburst in the cafe, but he pushed it to the back of his mind as he jogged along in silence. Thoughts of his parents safety were running constantly through his mind. Had they been taken, or were they OK? The thought of them being dead stormed into his head, spinning all other things out. He stopped running. What was he doing? the streets were filled with these strange dead beings, would his parents really of survived it all? No! he told himself, i shall not give up!
He rounded the corner with Zorin, the silence slightly uneasy, like they were unsure what to say to one another. Dread filled Jets heart, before him in the street stood tens if not hundreds of indeed beings. He was so close as well, just around the next corner was the driveway to the mall. What was he going to do? He pushed Zorin behind a nearby stall, hiding both of them from the views of the undead, "What are we going to do?" Jet whispered to Zorin, Jet looked scared.

Jester thought for a moment and shook his head. "No Jean. Not right now. I need you to be at full. I'll be fine, I haven't gone full in a very long time." He held her close and looked out onto the scene. "C'mon. We can't wait here any longer. We have to find out whats causing all of this." Ice wongs grew off his back. "We don't need to get far, we just need to find the source of all this. We'll go to a roof top and run from there." He looked to her. "Is that ok?"
Wesker watched as the ccaravan came into the horde of undead and shook his head. "No no, I can't have you interuppting my little mob now can I?" He jumped from his cover and headed toward the caravan, his hand inside his coat. (Four fragmentation gernades, a napalm, and two flash. More then enough.) He took his hand back out and ran into the crowd of undead and fought through the distracted undead near the point the caravan was coming, yet still hidden among the undead.(The leader of these little saviors must be at the head of the caravan.) He smirked. (I'll be sure to greet him warmly.) He slammed his fist to the side, crushing the skull of a zombie rushing him. "But until they get here, I'll amuse myself with you." He turned and faced the few that had turned their attention away from the impending feeding frenzy and began laying them to rest.
