Jean nodded "it's ok, but i rather fly while you run, you know i can't run that fast for long." she smiled just a bit as she let her wings stretch out. she gave Jester a small kiss. she didn't want to let go of him it's been so long since they seen each other. but they had work to do. "let's go" she flew off toward a building "see ya there" she laughed alittle

Talbain shot his claw through the skull of a nearby zombie then hurled the body at a few of the other undead, toppling them. He growled. "I've had just about enough of this filth!" He grabbed a spear on the ground and jabbed it into the skulls of two of the nearby undead unfortunate enough to be standing side by side. He turned to the larger portion of the now dwindling number of undead and opened his hand, a slight dark flame rising from it. "A pleasure to meet the both of you I'm sure, now may I request you cover my back so I may end this?" His right arm became engulfed in a dark flame.

((Nexus Wolf: Taking control of Alpha's daddy. Would like to point out some things, though I said that the zombies were slow, they aren't incapable of moving, this includes climbing. But one major point, allow me to state this clearly, humans are not incapableE, how zombie films have you seen, do you know the best way to kill a zombie, in the head? Right, so do alot of humans, this is modern times, and it can easily be assumed that people of the city, and indeed the police and the like, will also know this, and humans are not always cannon fodder. Sorry, but felt the need to point that out, too many humans being treated as cannon fodder....))
Doug hefted the M16, sighting through the reflex sight at a zombies head as he began to climb onto the tank, and squeezed the trigger. The rifle kicked back as the round left the barrel, the back of the zombies head exploding as it passed through split moments later. The zombie slumped and slid back down, the metal of the armour grinding against the tracks. "Its just like those zombie films!" He yelled to what remained of the team. "Go for the heads, conserve your ammo!" He sighted along the aim again dropping another zombie, a hole bursting through its full faced helm. The trained units complied, switching to either burst or single shot mode on their respective guns. They dropped several of the horde, but they pressed in and one of the soldiers was dragged down into the crowd, zombies pressing in on him as he was engulf. Yet though terror gripped his heart as rotten hands grasped at him, he found the grenades that he had strapped to his harness, pulling some of the pins free, then forced his tattered body further into the crowd. The explosion ripped apart a good hunk of the swarm, shrapnel tearing through the rotten corpses. The remaining soldiers looked on in horror, not wanting to believe the sacrifice he had made. "Focus! We aren't out yet." The soldier sergeant barked, as he shook himself free of any emotion, aimed and popped another zombie off as he crawled up the tank edge. "We need to have the LZ safe for the caravan!" The soldiers took aim and began dropping undead, Doug too, though not as proficiently, though the game hunting he had done was now actually being of some use.
From the entrance way to the Mall, several cops watched on. One with sergeant stripes held a pair of binoculars to his eyes, watching the tank crash into the undead. Plucking a hand-held radio from his belt, he spoke into it. "Control, we have a situation, what looks to be tank has just came charging into the group of zombies that we had appear not too long ago, and there seems to be several dozen vehicles coming up behind it, not too long away. I suggest we get some sharpshooters down here to cover them, and get the heavy guys here sharpish......" His Sergeant reflexes kicked in, remembering official code. "Please advise."

((yer, but add in 1. Panic. What normal mentally sound person will be calm when they see a thing of or even just one zombie? Much less incircled by death and the smell and sounds of chaos. Then theres the thing that people dont usually carry weapons on them when theyre out on the town. This isnt hot fuzz, granny isnt hiding a shotgun under the walker and the priest isnt hiding derangers in those sleeves of his. Not everyone is like brutal and has a z day plan or like me and has numerous knives on them at all times. most of the rp chars are veteraned to horrible circumstances, human+, or supernatural so they can stay level, the town is still just normal people. Just makin a point counter point. Love you Nexy! <3))
Wesker held his position near the center of the zombie hoard, holding off any undead that flinched near him. He heard the sound of rifles being fired off and someone barking commands. He turned to see a man on top of a vehicle yelling out the commands and shooting into the crowd. Wesker smiled upon seeing this. "There you are friend. Time to put an end to your petit heroics." He started toward a position where he could toss a frag in front of the man's vehicle. An undead slashed at Wesker's side. The blade slightly cut him and was responded by a quick fist through the undead's skull. "Pest." He kept toward the position until he was at a close enough range then stopped and pulled the pin out of a gernade, cooked it for 2 seconds, and chucked it in the direct path of the loud man's vehicle, followed shortly by an explosion of flame and shrapnel. Wesker waited to see the results.

Albert listened to the walking shag-pile muttering about needing some sort of backing for his messing around with fire. All these furry pyromaniacs these days, I don't understand it myself, if I was covered head to toe in fluff I wouldn't fancy using a torch near myself but here you are Jerra wafting around a sword somehow stolen from the Pirates of the Carribean set and this silly fool deciding he's going to attempt to act as some old fashioned conjurer with hellfire, whatever next... he thought to himself, pondering about the current associates he seems to have been keeping with nowadays. Then he heard by far the worse sound any good englishman could hear, the scratchings of metal against metal. He quickly turned around to see a zombie blindingly blundering its way towards him alongside his beloved E-type. The paintwork was ruined, scratched from boot to bonnet. Rage burned in his eyes, the amount of money and effort poured into restored her and having her shipped to the new world for this to happen. With a scream that would of sounded like the inner workings of the sixth circle of hell, Albert charged the zombie, completely losing focus for a mere second, driving the creature to the floor, ripping away the helmet and blinding punching the exposed face that he now saw. "NO ONE EVER TOUCHES MY CAR, NOT MY MOTHER, NOT JEEVES AND ESPECIALLY NOT YOU!!!" Albert shouted at the now bludgeoned body that lay below him. His rationality finally came back to him and realised the situation he was in, sat on top of a zombie that he must of clearly annoyed hitting it across the face. He returned to his sword and continued his onslaught...{OOC: Here have a Link}

Zorin peered out from the cover of the stall he and Jet were concealed behind. There were monsters everywhere, so many of them this time. Zorins thoughts roiled in his head. Forcing down the revulsion he always felt at the sight of these creatures, he tried to think logically about the situation. There were to many of them, even if he could do anything. Last time there was only one. No there were to many for him to do anything about. Zorin looked across at Jet the boy was looking pale and scared. "We can't get through that lot. If you still want to try we'll have to find another way in".

It was chaos. He loved chaos. Unfortunately, this chaos would hurt him more than it would help this time. He hadn't had time to finish setting up the guild. It was still just a bunch of clueless underlings that were told what to do by their "boss" who was ordered by one of his direct subordinates. This also meant that less than half of his guild knew where the hideout was. Only 25 of his men had managed to make it there in one piece. One of his Lieutenants had checked in with his commander earlier to report that him and 9 of his men were at the mall, but otherwise there was no other communications.
Darius was pondering how he could take advantage of this situation when one of his commanders got a call. He talked for a bit and then put the man on hold. "Lord Darius, one of my lieutenants is checking in. He still has all 20 men alive, but they need shelter. What do you advise?" This was his best commander, Ty, but he wasn't a criminal at all. His greatest skill, however, was what Darius needed. He was capable of "hacking" into the electronic devices they called computers and retrieve important information.
"They need shelter? Hmmm...." He looked up for a second and thought. Twenty men? That would be a great loss, but I don't want them to know the location of this place... "General Chris, where could they go for safety other than this location?" His two generals were his immediate underlings. They each had direct command over half the commanders in normal situations. "Well, Darius, the only two safe havens in the city are here and the mall so I'd suggest sending them to the mall." He nodded to the general. "Very well, have it done."
Ty took his lieutenant off hold and ordered him to head to the mall. He also gave him the location of a gun shop on the way in case they needed weapons. All the while this had been going on, he was on his laptop finding routes and info.
Darius looked over to his second general, Taz, short for some African name he had never bothered learning. "General, in light of these dire circumstances, I'm going to prematurely form a new sector of the guild. You and two of your underlings will be promoted to be my Shadow Warriors. You will be my hand and my blade. In short, pick two men you think would be worthy of becoming assassins with you." He then turned to Ty. "Commander, you are being promoted to another new position. You will be my eyes, ears, and invisible hand. You may pick one of the subordinates or find your own later. These 'computers' will be a great asset and you will be the lead." Finally, he turned to the last general. "General Chris, you are now the head of the infantry, but for now, you'll just gain control of all the other subordinates."
All the men were looking excited, hoping for promotions, but a blood-curtling scream came out of the phone. Ty dropped the phone in pain and the place went into an uproar. Chris quickly recovered it and tried to assess the situation. "Lord Darius, there is a problem. The mall is being attacked." He let out a large sigh. "Very well, have them try to find cover and observe the situation. Tell them the entire scope of our operation as they wait. Someone call the group in the mall. I'd like to know if that place will hold." After finishing his assigning, he sat back and relaxed. There must be some way to make use of the situation. I got it! If the situation requires, I will come to the rescue. In doing so, I can gain reputation...good reputation A small, evil smile crept to his face.
Unexpectedly, the situation changed. "Lord Darius, there appears to be a small force heading towards the mall. They appear to have a lot of firepower." Darius sat up. "Have the men enter the group. Did they find the weapon store? No? Fine, we can still make use of this. Keep me updated."
((Nexus: naughty alpha, no overrunning the mall yet))
Alpha looked on in horror as a large explosion happened near the vehicle. There was already a small chance of making it out alive according to what his father had said. Was that their final stand?! Is he dead?!!!! He slumped back against the tank's turret mount. It seemed like it was over for his father.
He looked over to the side because he couldn't bear the thought of looking at where his father died, but when he did, he noticed a large group of people in an alley. "Hey! More people are over there!" It wasn't really a shout, but it was about as much as he could muster. Immediately, the commander sent out a small group to guide them to the caravan. Unfortunately, there was no way for them to catch up on foot so one vehicle stayed behind to serve as aid. What puzzled Alpha most of all is that one of the men was on a cell phone. Who he'd be calling in this type of situation was beyond him.

Nny hacked through a zombie's skull. "That one was a cheerleader blue eyes!" He caught another one in the chest and dragged the blade up through it's laughing. "They still bleed!" He thrust the blade int another ones skull and watched it drop. "Well, that was entertaining while it lasted." He sat down and put the blade away. "But now theres no one left to kill and I'm bored. And you're already dead." He sighed and looked to Azriel. "And we still can;t find the f**k responsible for these things." He started poking the zombies head that he just cut through. "I'm starting to think maybe we'll never find it..." He got that suicidal look to him.

Azreil turned himself upside down and floated to nny he looked at him "dude seriously we haven't even got that far. who ever the f*ck is doing this could be like millions of miles away or something" he waved his arms about to make it more dramatic he then brought them to his lap again "i said eariler i could float up and play i spy till i found something" he thought for a moment "that or we can keep walking to we reach main street" he shrugged "we're bound to find some more interesting zombies and stuff there" he smirked "maybe there is zombie dogs" he let both of his arms hang "that would be soooooo awsome" he laughed alittle suddenly he turned solid and fell onto the ground he scraped his arms and back "oh......that hurt" he winced and looked up at nny a bit worriedly (i better go ghost again i don't want to take the chance of this guy killing me) he smiled nervously "well that was fun"

Nny nodded. "It was... but now I don;t have anything to do and I'm bored... and we'll probably never even find whats causing these things anyways..." He sighed and looked at Azriel, unaware he was human again. "Whats it like to be a ghost? I mean, I died once, and I just went to heaven, then they got rid of me because I used my head explody powers too mucha dn caused a huge thing of head explody/ It was fun. Then I went to hell and it was no better there then it was here. Senor Diablo was pretty cool though, even though the whole cheerleader thing was a bit freaky." He looked at Azriel waiting for an answer.

(eventful life he's had) Azreil stood up and checked his wounds he had to wait a few minutes before he can become intangiable again "umm well becoming a ghost wasn't a big thing it was like going into a painful sleep then waking up feeling a cold. it took me a few years to get my shape back until then i was just kinda floating around all i can remeber from that is i lived over my death a few times." he paused for a moment "being a ghost is like being alive without anyone knowing your there. so like no one sees you, hears you or feels you. after a few years you can make them though. it took me a while to figure that out to" he stayed where he was not wanting to get to close to nny "it's werid though cause you don't really change but you see everything else change. i was a bound spirit since i remebered who and what i was before i died so i was stuck where i was."

"Hmmm. Sounds like a pretty good deal." He thought for a moment then sighed. "But then again death sounded peaceful last time but it wasn't." He thought for a while then shrugged and got up. "Come on Blue eyes, I want to kill another cheerleader. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll find the whole squad." He smirked. "Or a dog zombie!" He drew his blade again and started running to a street.

Victorie looked across the chaos before her. The creatures were well armed but slow and unstable, the only problem that had presented itself was the shear mass of bodies, getting a good swing for decapitation was hindered slightly but Victorie plowed on. The creatures had acted strangely to her presence as if unsure of what she was, dogs sometimes had the same problem. Her scent was that of the dead but she was semi-living. The zombies seemed to be attracted to the living, very few paid attention to Victorie until she came close enough to kill them.
As she made her way though the zombies she noticed a man with blonde hair. The man who was responsible for what happened to Blake. His attention was focused on a group of humans as he lifted his arm and threw something. Moments later there was an explosion, Victorie could see little of the impact the smoke obscured her view. It didn't matter, the man before her was reckless and put too many Innocent lives in danger. As resolutely as before she vowed she would see his end.
She advanced on the man who didn't seem to notice her approach, once close enough she swung her sword at his right knee. Her conscience wouldn't let her try and kill him without giving him a warning first, but trying to temporarily disable him was fine. This was his warning. It would give her the upper hand without being dishonorable. [avatar]http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/3450/sevenavatarsv1.jpg[/avatar]The undead numbered very few now, least, in this street. Whipping his blade down to fling most of the coagulated blood from it, he sheathed it as he moved towards the pub back entrance. "You two had better get in, we have some plans to help us safely get to the mall." He said as he moved passed the two elder gentlemen. "And I'm sure your getting tired."
Walking through the backdoor, he sort for Maya, a plan formulating. He spotted he quickly and moved up to her, un-clipping his rebreather. "I have an idea, I don't want to put people at unnecessary risk, so I'll head off allow and phone back when I find two large capacity vehicles." Scythe said as he slid his face guard back. "When I do, you, Zach and Mike, when they get here, head out in the car, with some others that can handle a gun and grab them, I assume that either Zach or Mike know how to hotwire a car if they don't have the keys in. I'll then go scout ahead to the mall, see if I can see a safe route through. Sound good?"
[Power: 96%]
Jerra watched as the wolf man sprouted black flames and 'request' help. She sighed, and yanked her blade free of a zombies skull. Thrusting the tip of the sword into a nearby dead thing, she left it wobbling as she started the spell completion for her orb. A small little grew in front her, pulsing slightly as it grew bigger and bigger, till it reached the size of a small football, then the light faded, leaving a small dark stone orb floating in mid-air, a red lens sunken into it surface.
She bid the orb to 'watch the wolf man's back', and cast an eye around for Albert, curious on how the gentleman was doing, only to be confronted with him astride a fallen zombie, beating it's face to a pulp with his bear fists, in just the slightest amount of rage.
"Albert, dear, you really must control yourself in public." She said as Albert lifted himself up and sort his blade. Jerra moved over to his car, the scratch, obvious this close up, cut deep into the paintwork and the bodywork damaged. She tutted to herself.
"Honestly, the streets are just not safe any more for vintage cars, but not to worry, I can have that sorted later." She turned and smiled at Albert.
"Oh, and you might want to look out for that thing behind you..."
The Orb floated behind McWolfy, letting small blasts of energy out at anything that tried to get close to him. Though not particularly powerful, it would let bursts out, driving each shot deeper into the skull of its target till it hit the floor, the hole in its head smoking slightly, the smell of burnt flesh rising up.

Once she had caught her breath, Maya decided to check on the chaotic sounds of panic coming from the bar, leaving the door ajar for the others. Flashing a smile of appreciation to the two bartenders, who were busy trying to calm the crowd of people, she soon realised the need for someone to take control of the situation. She glanced over to Ermetico and the young, blue haired woman who had both made themselves comfortable in the corner, happy to see them both safe and well. She took a breath as she stepped up to the bar and placed her hands on the wooden surface, ready to address the throng of terrified people. She opened her mouth to speak, when suddenly a loud, bellowing voice erupted from the crowd.
ALRIGHT, SHUT THE f**k UP, THE LOT OF YOU!!
Maya blinked at the stocky man as he pushed his way forward, a little surprised by his outburst but pleased that the pub finally fell silent. She nodded as the man --who she recognised as a regular customer-- told her of his resources and abilities then offered to help out. She smiled softly, but then her features became more serious, "We're definitely going to need your help, thank you." She told him before turning to address the rest of the bar, her voice becoming powerful and sure. After all, these people needed to trust that they were safe in her care.
"We have a plan to get you all out of here. City officials have encouraged everyone to take refuge in the Mall. They say that the police have managed to secure the building and are protecting the perimeter." She took a deep breath as she looked around the sea of frightened faces.
Just then, the distinctive sound of heavy, even foot falls reached her ears as Seven strode into the bar. She nodded as he relayed his plan, bringing her hand to her chin thoughtfully, "I was thinking of asking if anyone here had access to a van, but you're right, it would put them at great risk." She paused taking a breath, her brow furrowing slightly, "I have to say that I don't like the idea of anyone going out alone, but I know you're more than capable, and you can move faster on your own. It sounds like the best option to me."
Turning back to the crowd, Maya gestured toward Seven and continued "Seven here is going to scout the area for suitable vehicles to transport everyone over to the mall, then myself and two others will go out to recover them. It would be helpful if some of you, like the gentleman here, have any experience with firearms and are willing to come with us. We will also need help to protect the convoy as we all travel through the city. We have plenty of weapons to go around, so those willing to offer their help, please make your way to the bar to be armed. Everyone else, support each other, look out for one another, if we all pull together we will survive this."
Unsure of what else she could say, Maya stepped back and leant on the side of the archway that separated the bar from the back of the pub, watching as the crowd shifted, some moving to the bar, others moving back out of the way. They would soon need to head out onto the streets again, a thought that filled her with dread.[avatar]http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/Aconite3x3/Maya4.jpg[/avatar]
